摘要
通过采用免涂底漆工艺对施工环节进行优化。对最终颜色效果与喷涂底漆时进行对比探讨,提出在免涂底漆时喷涂所要注意的事项。免涂底漆不仅缩短了工艺流程,节省了涂料及人工成本,而且减少了VOC(挥发性有机化合物)的排放。
Primerless coating technology was used to optimizing construction process. The final color effectiveness of primerless coating was compared with that of primer coating. The spraying attention during primerless coating was put forward. It was not only beneficial to shorten technological process and save cost of coatings and labor,but also reduce VOC emission.
