摘要
分析了白车身洁净度、磷化槽液、电泳槽液及前处理电泳设备运行状态对电泳颗粒的影响,并提出相应的解决措施,进而确保水性紧凑型工艺的面漆漆膜外观。
The effects of the cleanliness of the white body,phosphating bath,electrophoresis bath and running status of pre-treatment electrophoresis equipment on electrophoretic particle were analysized,and the corresponding solutions were pointed out to ensure the film appearance of water-based compact painting technology.
