摘要
用温度和湿度双因素试验法对维生素C片处方进行筛选和评价。结果表明,β-环糊精和丁基化羟基甲苯(BHT)为维生素 C 有效的稳定剂。最佳处方的贮存期为2.72年。
The color stability of vitamin C tablets was studied using two-functional method(temperature T,relative humidity RH)for screening and eva-luating different vitamin C tablets formula.The results showed that β-cyclodex-trin and BHT exerted significant stabilizing effects on the preparation of vita-min C.The shelf-life of the best preparation should be 2.72 years.
