农村基本经营制度是中国特色社会主义政治经济学的重要内容,深入系统地研究其科学内涵及质规定性对于坚持和完善农村基本经营制度具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。农村基本经营制度包括农地产权制度、农业经营主体和农业经营方式三大构成要素。其中,农地产权制度层面的集体所有制规定性、农业经营主体层面的家庭经营基础性和农业经营方式层面的规定性是中国农村基本经营制度的质的规定性。"坚持"和"完善"的统一,构成了中国农村基本经营制度的演变逻辑。

The basic management system of the rural areas is an important part of the political economics of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is of great theoretical and practical significance for adhering to and improving the rural basic management system to systematically study its scientific connotation and qualitative prescription.The rural basic management system contains three components including the farmland property right system,the agricultural operators and the agricultural operation mode.Among which,the prescription of the collective ownership at the level of the farmland property right system,the fundamentality of household operation at the level of agricultural operators and the prescription at the level of agricultural operation mode are the qualitative prescription of the basic management system of the rural areas in China.The unity of"adherence"and"improvement"constitutes the evolutionary logic of the basic management system of the rural areas in China.
