公平正义是马克思按劳分配思想的价值取向和基本原则。马克思认为公平分配原则和方式是客观而不是主观的、抽象的,分配公平与否取决于它是否与一定历史阶段由生产力水平决定的生产方式及生产关系相适应。在中国特色社会主义收入分配制度的构建上,我们要选择的是这种制度与现阶段生产力发展、增进经济效率的内洽性。公平正义的权利结构和分配结构是我国收入分配制度改革的目标,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础。在此基础上,要建立起一种新的利益均衡机制,建立起一种为社会大多数成员所接受的权利分布及收入分配状态,以体现社会主义共同富裕的基本方向。实现共享发展,对于抑制和缩小差距具有重要的意义。我们的道路选择应该是以包容性经济增长和共享式发展来解决收入分配领域中的矛盾,来解决社会公平正义问题。

Fairness and justice are the value orientation and basic principles of Marx's thought of distribution according to work. Marx believed that the principle and method of fair distribution are objective rather than subjective and abstract, and the fairness of distribution is determined by whether the distribution adapts to the mode and relations of production determined by the level of productivity in a certain historical period. For the construction of the income distribution system for socialism with Chinese characteristics, what we need to choose is the internal compatibility of this system with the development of productivity at the present stage and improvement of economic efficiency. The fair and just right structure and distribution structure are the objectives of China's reform of the income distribution system, as well as the foundation for building a harmonious socialist society. On this basis, we should establish a new mechanism for balancing interests and build the right distribution and income distribution status accepted by most social members to reflect the basic direction of socialist common prosperity. The achievement of shared development is of great significance for restraining and narrowing the gap.We shall take the road of solving the contradictions in the field of income distribution through inclusive economic growth and shared development, so as to solve the problem of social fairness and justice.
