血清Betatrophin水平与妊娠期糖尿病的相关性研究 被引量:17

Relationship between serum betatrophin level and gestational diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的探讨血清Betatrophin水平与GDM的相关性及其临床意义。方法选取2015年10月至2016年8月于昆山市第一人民医院产科门诊产前检查的孕妇110名,其中GDM患者(GDM组)53例,正常妊娠者(GNGT组)57名,ELISA检测两组Betatrophin水平,同时检测血糖、HbA1c、血脂等指标。结果 GDM组血清Betatrophin水平高于GNGT组(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,GDM组血清Betatrophin水平与年龄及HbA1c呈正相关,年龄及HbA1c是血清Betatrophin水平的独立影响因素。Logistic回归分析显示,血清Betatrophin是GDM的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 GDM患者血清Betatrophin水平增高,提示Betatrophin可能参与了GDM的发生发展。 Objective To investigate the association between serum Betatrophin levels andgestational diabetes mellitus(GDM),and to evaluate its value on clinical application.Methods A total of 110 pregnant women with GDM(GDM group,n=53)or without GDM(NGT group,n=57)were enrolled from Oct 2015 to Aug 2016 in our hospital.Serum Betatrophin was measured using ELISA method.HbA1c,blood glucose and lipids were also tested and compared.Results The Betatrophin levels were significantly higher in GDM group than in NGT group [1700.36(995.98,2501.06)vs1359.63(880.71,1947.87)(pg/ml),P〈0.05].The correlation analysis revealed that serum Betatrophin levels in GDM group were positively associated with age and HbA1c.Logistic regression showed that serum Betatrophin was positively correlated with the incidence of GDM.Conclusion GDM women had significantly higher Betatrophin levels in comparison with NGT women which indicated that Betatrophin may be involved in the development of GDM.
