改进“围手术期处理”提高外科治疗质量 被引量：14

摘要 35年前,我曾与一组对手术治疗感兴趣的多个医院相关科室医师其中有外科、心脏科、呼吸科、血液科、肿瘤科、麻醉科以及放射科等的医师,研讨怎样提高手术治疗的效果。首先对“围手术期”的定义进行了讨论。以往我们只对手术前、手术与手术后的含义及分期有所了解。1980年以后,国外出现了“围手术期”（Perioperative）一词,将手术前、中、后概括在一起。如何界定这一阶段？妇产学中对“围产期”有一明确的时间划定,
