氟桂利嗪与倍他司汀治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者的疗效及安全性比较

Comparison of clinical effect and safety of Flunarizine and betahistine in treatment of be- nign paroxysmal positional vertigo

目的i对比分析氟桂利嗪与倍他司汀在良性阵发性位置性眩晕症（BPPV）治疗中的应用价值。方法：选取2015年4月～2016年7月门诊就诊的BPPV患者82例为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为A、B两组，每组41例。A组给予倍他司汀治疗，B组给予氟桂利嗪治疗，观察两组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果：A组与B组治疗4周后，总有效率分别为90％和73％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；A组与B组用药后，不良反应发生率分别为7％和12％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论：倍他司汀治疗BPPV效果优于氟桂利嗪，且安全性高，具有更高应用价值。

Objective：To analyze and compare the applied values of flunarizine and betahistine in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo（BPPV）. Methods： 82 patients with BPPV who received treatment in department of outpatient from April 2015 to July 2016 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups： Group A and Group B by the random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. Grotlp A were given the betahistine treatment, while Group B were given the flunarizine treatment. Then, the curative effects and adverse reactions of two groups were observed. Results：After the treatment for 4 weeks, the total effective rate in both groups were 90.24% and 73.17% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） ; The incidence of adverse reactions in Group A and Group B was 7.32% and 12.20%respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）. There were no serious adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion：Betahistine in the treatment of BPPV has higher applied value with better clinical effect and more safety than flunarizine.
