任何社会都存在生产力和生产关系的基本矛盾,并表现为不同的形式。新中国建立以来关于社会主要矛盾转化的判断,有其复杂性与特殊性。党的十九大报告提出的社会主要矛盾转化是中国特色社会主义进入新时代的表现。我国进入新时代是以社会主要矛盾的转化为根据的解读有待商榷。我国社会主义初级阶段主要矛盾的转化是渐进的,有个由量变到质变的过程。而且这种转化有其特殊性,具有连接性和发展性,不是相互排斥和对立的关系。而以往社会主要矛盾的转化,往往是相互排斥和对立的根本性变化。中国特色社会主义进入新时代,与社会主义初级阶段的基本国情没有变、我国仍处于世界最大发展中国家的国际地位没有变并不矛盾,而是相统一的。我国发展进入新时代,确定了我国发展的新的历史方位和新的战略布局,这是提出社会主要矛盾转化的具有内在联系的必要时机。同时,新时代的社会主要矛盾隐含着收入差距拉大的不平衡问题。

In any society,there is a basic contradiction between productive forces and relations of production,and their contradiction can manifest in different form. Since the founding of New China,the judgment on the evolution of principal social contradiction has its own complexity and particularity. The evolution of the principal social contradiction proposed by the 19 th CPC National Congress report is a manifestation of the entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics to the new era. We do not agree that China＇s entry into the new era is an interpretation based on the evolution of the principal social contradiction. And this evolution has its own particularity,connectivity and development,not mutually exclusive and antagonistic relations. In the past,the evolution of principal social contradiction was often a fundamental change that was mutually exclusive and antagonistic. Socialism with Chinese characteristics＇ entry into a new era and the fact that the basic national conditions of the primary stage of socialism have not changed,and our country is still in the international position of the largest developing country in the world are not contradictory,but unification. The development of our country has entered a new era and a new historical orientation and a new strategic layout for the development of our country have been determined. This is the necessary opportunity for putting forward that the evolution of principal social contradiction has an inherent relationship. At the same time,the principal contradiction in the new era have implicated the imbalance in the widening income gap.
