制片业和放映业具有不同的产业本质,前者为内容产业,后者为销售终端。判断中国电影产业良性发展与否的标准不应是银幕数的多少,而是制片业和放映业的发展速度能否实现动态的平衡。在电影产业关系再平衡的问题上,政府是可以有所作为的。

Production and theater are of difference in industrial essence. The former is content industry, the latter is retail terminal. The standard to judge whether the development of movie industry is healthy depends not on screen numbers, but on the dynamic balance of the relationship between production and theater. As to the problem, our government can be productive.
