摘要
该文从"基于融合理念的课堂教学"研训活动出发,基于泛在学习理论和混合式学习理念,创新学习空间,参考"学研训一体化"的教师培训模式,从理论上构建了"基于融合理念创新课堂教学"混合研训模式,促进课堂教学效果的有效提升,促进了中小学教师专业化的发展。
The mode is derived from the research and training activities, which is based on the integrative classroom teaching. It focuses on learning theories and integrate leaning idea so that it innovates the study space. Referencing to the training model of the integration of research and training, this mode constructs a theoretical mixed research and training based on the integrate concept innovation of classroom teaching, and promotes the professional development of teachers in primary and secondary schools.
