摘要
阐述宁波市第二医院在JCI评审标准引导下进行的护理改革,按照扁平化网状结构将护理质量与安全管理组织分为18个委员会,分别负责指定的JCI章节要素,辅助绩效分配改革,并对护理敏感性指标等进行分析。尽管实施JcI标准不可避免地增加工作量,通过绩效改革合理体现护理人员工作量,有利于改革顺利实施,提高护理质量,降低离职率。
This study described the nursing reform at Ningbo No. 2 hospital under the guidance of JCI standards. According to the fiat network structure, the quality and safety of nursing management was divided into 18 nursing management committees, each assigned to be responsible for a JCI section with specified performance-based distribution reform. Such indexes as nursing sensitivity were also analyzed. Given the workload pushed up by JCI standards, the performance-based reform rationalized the workload of nursing staff in its performance distribution reform, thus conducive to the implementation of the reform, higher nursing quality of care and less turnover rate.
