摘要
针对某机电作动器传动零部件行星滚柱丝杠发生断裂失效,进行了断口宏观形貌、化学成分、维氏硬度和微观组织分析,表明材料无缺陷。进一步采用断裂力学理论和有限元分析方法,对行星滚柱丝杠所受负载应力进行了分析,证实行星滚柱丝杠是受较大径向载荷作用发生脆性断裂失效.
Thread fracture of Planetary Roller Screw used in Electromechanical Actuator has been analyzed macro appearance,chemical composition as well as Vickers hardness and micro strueture of fracture. The result showed that the chemical composition of the scrow satisfied the technical requirement s of the product. So based on breakage mechanics caleulation and finite element calculation results,the author analyses the load stress for brittle fractures of PRS in the paper,As a result,the cleavage of screw took place due to effects of abnormal radial load.
