摘要 以桥式起重机箱形主梁为研究对象,基于灵敏度分析方法,结合有限元理论,以桥式起重机箱梁减重和改善动态性能同时作为动态优化设计目标,利用NSGA-Ⅱ算法对所建BP神经网络模型进行寻优,选出了一种能够实现轻量化和动态性能优的设计方案,并与优化前结果进行比较,验证了优化方案的可行性与优越性。 Based on box girder bridge crane as the research object, based on the sensitivity analysis method, combined with the finite element theory, in box girder of bridge type crane weight loss and improve the dynamic performance at the same time as the dynamic optimization design goals, algorithms using the NSGA - II built by the BP neural network model for optimization, The optimal design of the bridge girder with a light weight and excellent dynamic performance is selected, and compared with the pre- optimization results, the feasibility and superiority of the optimization scheme are verified.
