摘要
采用标准GB/T5371和ANSYSWorkbench仿真计算方法,理论分析某兆瓦级风电齿轮箱中间级大齿轮和中间轴过盈配合后中间轴内孔花键的变形,并与实际测量尺寸进行数据对比,结合实际情况探讨风电齿轮箱中间级大齿轮与中间轴组装前插内花键的可能性。
Based on the standard of GB/T 5371 and the simulation analysis using ANSYS Workbench, the deformation of the internal spline which is on intermediate-stage shaft in a megawatt wind turbine gearbox is analyzed theoretically after intermediate-stage gear wheel and intermediate-stage shaft interference fit. And then compare the results of analysis with the actual measurement size. Next, according to the actual situation, it' s thought that the internal spline can be machined before the interference fit.
