摘要
内质网是细胞内蛋白质合成、加工和转运的重要场所,其生物学功能的正常对维持细胞稳态具有重要意义。创伤、缺血、缺氧等刺激会导致内质网内未折叠和折叠错误的蛋白发生聚集,引发内质网应激。随着研究的深入,内质网应激在中枢神经系统损伤中发挥的作用也逐渐显现。中枢神经系统损伤是危害人类健康的重要疾病,损伤引发的组织缺血、缺氧使内质网应激持续存在,最终导致内质网功能紊乱和内质网相关性细胞凋亡。因此,探索内质网应激相关分子机制,明确其在中枢神经系统损伤中发挥的作用具有重要意义。
Endoplasmic reticulum is an important organelle which can regulate protein synthesis, processing and transport. The normal biological function of the endoplasmic reticulum is important for maintaining cellular homeostasis. Trauma, isehemia, hypoxia and such other conditions would lead to the misfolded and unfolded protein aggregating, which could cause endoplasmic reticulum stress, As the research further develops, the role of endoplasmic reticulum stress in central nervous system injury has become increasingly evident. Central nervous system injury is hazardous to human health. The injury could trigger tissue ischemia and hypoxia then prolong endoplasmic reticulum stress which could cause sustained endoplasmie reticulum dysfunction and neuronal cell death. It has great significance to explore the molecular mechanism of endoplasmic reticulum stress and clarify its role in central nervous system iniury.
