关于建立健全野生动物损害补偿机制的思考

Thinking about Establishing and Perfecting the Compensation Mechanism for the Damage of Wild Animals

介绍了目前我国野生动物损害补偿试点取得的成效,指出存在的问题：补偿标准较低,补偿资金渠道单一,补偿制度不健全等。阐述了建立健全野生动物损害补偿机制的重要性和紧迫性,提出了对策建议。

This paper introduced the achievements achieved in the pilot program of wildlife damage compensation in China at present, and pointed out the existing problems such as： the compensation standard was low, the compensation channel was single, and the compensation system was not perfect. The importance and urgency of establishing and perfecting the compensation mechanism for damage of wild animals were expounded, and some countermeasures and proposals were put forward.
