加快世界一流大学建设是党的十九大作出的战略部署,是党和国家事业发展的需要,也是世界强国崛起的普遍规律,是我国高校自身发展的内在要求。建设中国特色世界一流大学需要高校加快实施步伐、政府加快推进步伐、社会加快支持步伐,共同发力,积极探索建设之路。

The strategic deployment of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to speed up the building of world-class universities is the need of the development of the party and the country.
