我国教育法学博士的培养现状与研究关注——基于1998—2015年137篇博士学位论文的分析 被引量:4

The Training Status and Research Concerns of Educational Law Doctor in China——Based on the analysis of 137 doctoral dissertations from 1998 to 2015

摘要 对教育法学博士学位论文的梳理与分析,不仅有助于厘清教育法学学科发展与研究生培养的历史脉络,同时也为该学科学术研究的进一步深化提供可资借鉴的方向。通过从学位论文年度产出量、培养单位分布、就读专业所属学科和关键词与研究主题等角度对教育法学博士论文进行的统计和分析显示,学科发展、博士培养与研究关注呈现密切联系;"群聚效应"与"遍地开花"的培养格局仍将持续;基础理论问题研究贯穿始终;重复研究问题理应受到一定重视;高等教育法律问题成为稳健型研究领域;境外比较研究尚有拓展空间;对弱势群体的关注或需加强。教育法学学科应当摆脱初期的无序生长状态,尽快进入良性发展阶段。 Through the survey and analysis of doctoral dissertations in educational law can help us to clarify the historical context of the development of educational law and the cultivation of postgraduates, at the same time, it also provides reference for the further deepening of academic research in this discipline. Through the statistics and analysis of the doctoral dissertations in educational law from the angle of dissertations annual output, training unit distribution, major of study subjects and key words and research topics, discipline development, doctoral training and research concerns are closely linked; the "cluster effect" and "blossom everywhere" pattern of cultivation will continue; research on basic theoretical issues runs through; repeated research problems deserve some attentions; the legal issue of higher education has become a steady research area; comparative studies still have room for improvement; the attention of disadvantaged groups may need to be strengthened. Educational law subjects should get rid of the initial state of brutal growth, and into the beign stage of development as soon as possible.
