摘要
数控纵切机床以高效切削性能的特点在现代数控加工技术中日益发挥着重要的作用,针对典型的结构件,研究了基于Edgecam的程序编制技术。以轴类零件为例,首先建立了机床后置处理器,进行工艺设计;而后编制了数控程序,进行后置处理生成机床加工用程序,进行了仿真加工;最后通过实际加工得到了合格的零件,验证了该方法的可行性。
Swiss machine tool plays vital role increasingly in modern computer numerical control technology,in which the programming technology on typical structure part with Edgecam is discussed.As an example for shaft,firstly,the post-processor was concerned,the manufacturing processes were designed.Then,the program was generated and the simulation process was carried out.At last,the correctness and validity of the method were certified by experiments.
