摘要
互联网众筹在中国的各行各业中愈加盛行,这其中就包括了影视文化产业。互联网众筹打破了传统融资方式的局限性,可以在影视文化产业的各个环节中得到应用,为影视文化产业的发展带来新的生机。通过对"众筹网"平台上的155个影视文化众筹项目进行实证研究,探讨了影视文化项目最终众筹达成率的影响因素,采用多元回归分析法来验证假设,从发起者和投资者两个角度论述了当今影视众筹行业的弊端,并提出相应的观点和建议,其中包括保证内容质量,投资人应具备风险管理意识等。
Internet crowd funding has become more prevalent in all walks of life in China, including media industry.Internet crowd funding has broken the limitations of traditional financing methods and can be applied in all aspects of the media industry,as well as bringing new vitality to the development of the film and television industry. Through the empirical study of 155 film and television crowd funding projects on the " crowd funding network" platform, the factors influencing the rate of final crowd funding of film and television projects are explored.The multivariate regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis. It discusses the malpractices of the current media crowd funding industry from two angles, the sponsors and investors,and puts forward corresponding views and suggestions, including ensuring the quality of content and awareness of risk management that investors should keep.
