大学生创新创业政策网络中高校型众创空间发展困境研究——以广州市为例

The Analysis of the Development Dilemma of College GISs on the College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Policy Network——Taking Guangzhou as an Example

高校成为众创空间建设的主要依托主体,是实施大学生创新创业政策的重要参与者。通过对广州市高校开展众创空间工作的观察和访谈发现,现阶段高校内众创空间的健康发展受到处于创新创业政策网络中各个行动者的利益选择的影响,不同行动主体资源分配上存在差异,采取的行动策略也存在差异,要实现创新创业政策的良好落实,必须在政策网络的框架中实现各个主体的有效监督,资源的合理分配等。

As a chief force of Universities GIS construction,universities are the important participants in the College Students＇ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Policy. Through the observation and deep interview to some GISs which are operated as entities in colleges and universities in Guangzhou, the study founds that GISs in colleges and universities＇ healthy development are easily influenced by policy actors＇ selections in the College Students＇ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Policy. The differences in the allocation of resources, the strategy of action,and the strategies adopted by different actors in the Policy Network will influence policy results.
