Construction and Practice of the Regional ECG Network Platform Based on the Hierarchical Diagnosis and Treatment System

目的:运用移动互联网技术再造远程心电诊断流程,构建分级诊疗背景下心电诊断和服务新模式。方法:依托区域卫生信息互联互通背景,通过构建线上诊断中心,整合线下服务载体,探索"基层检查、上级诊断"的有效模式。结果:实现优质医疗资源的下沉,推进上级医疗服务的向下延伸。结论:区域心电网络平台构建能够有效解决传统线下下级医疗机构心电诊断的痛点,充分发挥区域内的各个医疗机构长处,进一步优化诊疗流程,提升区域整体医疗服务能力。

Objective： To reconstruct the remote ECG diagnosis process by using the mobile Internet technology, and construct a new mode of ECG diagnosis and service under the background of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment. Methods： Relying on the background of regional health information connectivity, by building an online diagnosis center, ofl]ine service carriers are integrated, and the effective mode of ＂basic-level inspection and superior diagnosis＂ is explored. Results： High-quality medical resources are transferred to basic-level hospitals, and the downward extension of medical services of a higher level is promoted. Conclusion： The construction of the regional ECG network platform can effectively overcome the disadvantages of ECG diagnosis of traditional offline medical institutions of lower levels, give full play to the strengths of medical institutions in the region, further optimize the diagnosis and treatment process, and improve the overall medical service capacity of the region.
