临床路径电子化中数据采集与预处理方法研究

目的:在临床路径电子化过程中,提出基于临床数据的采集与预处理方法,为临床路径的优化与构建奠定基础。方法:从临床数据利用角度,开展临床数据采集以及为保证数据质量如何进行数据预处理工作。结果:从数据采集过程中的结构规范、术语规范、数据采集、核查与预处理过程的要素等关键问题提出了处理办法。结论:海量的临床数据为基于临床需求的数据挖掘和数据采集奠定了坚实的基础,也使基于临床数据挖掘方法构建基于循证医学的临床路径成为可能。

Objective： In the process of clinical pathway electronization, the method of data collection and pretreamaent based on clinical data is put forward, which lays the foundation for the optimization and construction of clinical pathway. Methods： The clinical data collection was carried out from the perspective of clinical data, and the data preprocessing was carried out to ensure the data quality. Results： From the data acquisition process of the structural specification, terminology specification; data acquisition, verification and pretreatment process elements and other key issues were addressed. Conclusion： The clinical data for the clinical requirement of data acquisition based on data mining has laid a solid foundation, which make it possible to construct clinical pathway based on evidence-based medicine by clinial data mining.
