摘要
调研高中压燃气调压器的运行与维护检修现状,分析调压系统的工作原理及常见故障。采用模块化的远程测控终端,结合专家经验与实地调研,论证得到数据采集方案。根据实地调研结果,选取3个次高压A调压站和1个高压B调压站为示范站,应用数据采集方案采集的数据可以直接用于分析调压站的故障特征,实施效果良好。
The status quo of operation and maintenance of high-medium pressure gas regulators is investigated. The working principle and common faults of regulator system are analyzed. The obtained data acquisition scheme is demonstrated by the modular remote monitoring and control terminal combined with expert experience and field investigation. According to the field investigation results,three sub-high pressure A regulator stations and one high-pressure B regulator station are selected as the demonstration stations. The data collected by the data acquisition scheme can be directly used to analyze the fault characteristics of the regulator stations, and the implementation effect is good.
