摘要
为了充分发挥各类结构形式的优势,现代建筑将混凝土结构与钢结构进行组合的形式越来越多,两种结构形式互相取长补短,形成组合结构。两种结构的连接多发生在梁柱节点部位,连接的原则是传力可靠、简单适用,还要满足强度和抗震的要求,并且兼顾施工的方便。常规的连接方式是焊接连接,但是由于工程体量和节点复杂程度的影响,有时常规的连接方式并不能完全适用于工程本身。因此,经研究和创新,开发出一种新型的连接方式,称为可调焊接式钢筋连接器技术,用以进行组合结构的连接。该产品结构精巧,安装工艺简单,可操作性强。此项技术应用于组合结构的连接中,减少了工程量,降低了施工成本,可大大缩短工期。
In order to give full play to the advantages of various structure forms,modern architecture makes concrete structure and steel structure to be combined, which is composite structure. The connection of the two structures occurs in the beam column joints,the principle of connection is reliable transmission and simple and applicable,but also to meet the requirements of strength and seismic,and taking into account the convenience of construction. The conventional connection is the welding connection,but because of the amount of the project and the complexity of the joint,sometimes the conventional connection can not be fully applicable to the project itself. Therefore,through research and innovation,the development of a new type of connection,known as the adjustable welding steel connector technology,is used for the connection of composite structures. The product has the advantages of compact structure,simple installation process and strong operability. This technology is applied to the connection of the composite structure,and can reduce the amount of work and the construction cost,and can greatly shorten the time limit.
