摘要
陶粒泡沫混凝土以水泥、粉煤灰为胶凝材料,页岩陶粒为粗骨料,陶砂为细骨料。笔者以水胶比、发泡剂掺量、粉煤灰掺量为变量试验成型不同干密度等级的试块,通过测定其抗压强度、干密度、吸水率等性能,研究各参数对陶粒泡沫混凝土性能的影响,并建立强度、吸水率与各参数之间的数学关系,进而探究关键参数对其性能的影响。
The ceramsite foam concrete takes cement and fly ash for cementitious materials,and shale ceramsite for coarse aggregate,ceramic sand for fine aggregate. Taking the water cement ratio,the quantity of foaming agent,fly ash volume as variable,the authors fabricate test blocks with different dry density level,and through testing the compressive strength,dry density,water absorption and so on,study the effects of different parameters on the properties of foam concrete,and establish the mathematical relationship of strength,water absorption and the parameters,in order to explore the effects of key parameters on its performance.
