直立锁边金属屋面扇形板搭接后加大肋施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 直立锁边金属屋面具有质地轻、防水及耐久性能好、外观优美、节能环保、造价合理等特点,成为大跨度空间结构建筑屋面的首选。屋面板呈放射形时需采用扇形板搭接排布,传统施工方法为错台搭接,此种做法不能满足密封性的要求,且屋面外观效果差。通过在接缝处后加大肋的方法,解决了屋面搭接处错台的问题,实现扇形屋面板无错台搭接,满足了屋面外观要求,解决了屋面密封性不好的难题。 With the continuous development of construction industry,the standing seam metal roofs become the first choice for large-span spatial structure roof,with its characteristics of lightweight,good waterproof and durable performance, beautiful appearance, reasonable energy conservation and environmental protection,and so on. When the roof panel is radiate,it should adopt fan-shaped plate overlap configuration. And the traditional construction method is staggered overlap,which can not meet the sealing requirements,and its exterior effect is poorer. Through the after enlarging rib method in connection joint,it achieves roof plate no staggered overlap,which can meet the appearance and sealing requirements.
