摘要
桩基工程水下混凝土灌注技术已经广泛使用,然而对于临江地区桩基扩底面积大的承压桩,因混凝土初灌量及混凝土性能要求的限制,常规水下混凝土灌注技术施工难以保证桩基施工质量。以重庆来福士广场项目所进行的临江地区超大直径承压桩双导管水下混凝土灌注技术的研究与应用为出发点,详细阐述了超高流态混凝土性能研发、水下混凝土灌注方案优化的关键技术,实现桩基水下混凝土灌注施工的突破。
Concrete grouting technology has been widely used in pile foundation engineering underwater.But for the expanding bottom area of large pile bearing pile near river,because of the limit for the concrete pouring beginning quantity and concrete performance requirements,the conventional underwater pouring technology can not ensure the quality of pile construction. Taking Chongqing Raffles Plaza project for example,according to the research and application of double pipe underground concrete pouring technology for super large diameter pressure bearing pile near river,expounds the key technologies of research and development of super high flow concrete and the scheme optimization of ultra-high concrete pouring underwater,which achieves breakthrough for concrete piles pouring underwater.
