微型静压钢管桩注浆成桩工艺试验研究 被引量:10

摘要 提出了一种微型静压钢管桩注浆成桩工艺,并对成桩机理及特点进行了分析。通过现场6根试桩的单桩抗压承载力试验,对成桩工艺的可行性进行了验证。试验结果表明,采用微型静压钢管桩注浆成桩工艺施工的桩基极限承载力能够提高2.2倍,成桩质量保证率较高;试桩桩基极限承载力实测值约为设计计算值的1.2倍,用于实际设计偏于安全。 The construction technology of static-pressure and post-grouting micropiles was proposed in this paper,and the mechanism and characteristic of the construction technology were investigated. Ultimate compression bearing capacity tests for 6 micropiles were conducted at a site,and then the feasibility of the construction technology was verified. The test results show that the bearing capacity of post-grouting micropiles increases 2. 2 times than the bearing capacity of steel-pipe micropiles,the test results of bearing capacity is 1. 2 times than calculated values.
