高校环境工程专业改造及成效分析

摘要 经济社会发展的新常态对高校环境工程专业的工程应用型人才提出了更高要求。依托安徽省高等教育振兴计划专业改造与新专业建设项目,安徽新华学院从人才培养模式的修订、实验室和实习基地建设、教师培养和师资队伍建设等方面对环境工程专业实施了专业改造和建设,并从专业教育的适应性、专业教学水平、学生工程实践能力、社会声誉等方面对专业改造与建设成效进行了分析。 With the acceleration of modernization of national governance, indwelling problems in pivotal governance and key links of local government have gradually emerged, so new demands and challenges have been put forward to them. As a modern information storage and data processing technology, big data can effectively integrate domestic and foreign information and resources in the aspects of economy, politics, society, culture and ecology. Thus, it could enhance the local governance as an important technical approach. The Local governments should rely more on big data, form correlative modes of governance and utilize big data to enhance decision- making, implementing, management and service ability, in order to achieve scientific decision-making, strict implementation, precise management and personalized service. They should also make changes from judging by experience and subjective perspectives to rely more on big data for objective analysis and rational governance.
