The low-speed heavy-load large-scale rotating equipments,such as vacuum drum filter and large jacket stirring reactor,are widely used in petrochemical process.The trunnion sleeve of the equipment usually withstands a strong alternating load,and the precision of equipment processing and assembly is limited,which easily leads to the grinding and further damage of trunnion and sleeve.How to complete online repair is a difficult problem for the petrochemical enterprises.In this paper,in order to ensure the steady operation of the equipment,save maintenance costs,improve the maintenance efficiency,shorten the construction period and reduce the uncontrollable risks,a complete solution to the fault of large-scale low-speed heavy-load rotating equipment was put forward,including the online diagnosis,dismantling,replacement,welding,correction and acceptance.
