Nowadays under the high social competition circumstance,companies face urgent tasks to improve their efficiency and service quality.Promotion and application of five-principle ideas,techniques and methods can be an effective way to achieve the above goal.In this paper,the five-principle＇s developing progress,idea,prerequisite,necessity,implement and attentions were discussed,and some suggestions and ideas were put forward,in order to provide helpful reference to engineering enterprises and expect peer companies to implement five-principle in their business and then continue to build high quality project and provide first class service for their clients.
