学术新媒体环境下用户信息偶遇要素及内在机理研究 被引量:19

Research on the Elements and Internal Mechanisms of Users' Information Encountering under the Environment of Academic New Media

摘要 [目的/意义]信息偶遇启发用户发生联想、移情、沉思、顿悟,是一种被忽略的信息检索行为,研究信息偶遇有助于信息检索系统和学术知识服务体系的调整优化,丰富信息行为模型。[方法/过程]解释信息偶遇的内涵,分析学术新媒体环境下用户信息偶遇的特征、要素。依据信息偶遇过程阶段提出了注意触发、心流体验、认知联结、感知控制、行为反馈5种机理,剖析机理与要素、过程以及机理之间彼此演进的关系。[结果/结论]获悉学术新媒体环境下信息偶遇用户认知心理演变过程,为充实信息行为模型应关注偶遇这类被动的信息检索行为。[局限]缺少定量测评学术新媒体环境下信息偶遇用户对信息的采纳度。 [ Purpose/significance] Information encountering is a neglected information seeking behavior, which can inspire users in association, empathy, meditation and sudden enlightenment. The study of information encountering is useful to adjust and optimize information retrieval system and academic knowledge service system, and enrich the information behavior model. [ Meth- od/process] The paper unt only explains the connotation, but also analyzes the features and elements of users' information encoun- tering under the environment of academic new media. This paper puts forward 5 kinds of internal mechanisms based on the process of information encountet-ing, including attention trigger mechanism, flow experience mechanism, cognitive connection mechanism, perceived control mechanism and behavior feedback mechanism. The relationship of elements, processes and internal mechanisms a- mong each other is analyzed. [ Result/conclusion] The evolution process of information encountering users' cognitive psychology under academic new media is acquired. In order to enrich the information behavior model, people should pay attention to passive in- formation retrieval behaviors such as information encountering. [ Limitations ] The next step is to make a quantitative evaluation a- bout users' acceptance degree of encountered information under the environment of academic new media.
