摘要
[目的/意义]为了满足社会对科技情报个性化和智能化的迫切需求,在情报快速生产线建设中,以钱学森提出的情报领域系统辨识方法为基础,以智能技术为手段,综合集成系统输入、输出的数据和情报思维推理,不断地去优化系统辨识模型,从而达到生产有价值情报的目的。[方法/过程]文章基于钱学森对情报工作中系统辨识的解释,构建了情报领域的系统辨识过程框架,并分别以多个情报分析角度,去探索系统识别方法的实现。[结果/结论]系统辨识可以发挥人脑的智慧优势、机器的智能优势和系统的集成优势,更加科学、快速地生产情报。系统辨识方法的探索研究开启了科技情报生产方式的转型升级,提升了情报分析的深度和现代化水平,最终为政府和企业提供具有前瞻性、时效性和专业化的情报服务。
[ Purpose/significmme ] In order to meet the urgent needs of the society for the individualized and intellectualized scientific and technological (S&T) intelligence, in the construction of rapid intelligence production line, this paper uses Qian Xuesen' s system identification method of intelligence as the basis, takes intelligent technology as means, and combines the input and output data of integrated system with intelligence reasoning to constantly optimize the system identification model, so as to a- chieve the purpose of producing valuable intelligence. [ Method/process ] The paper takes Qian Xuesen' s interpretation on system identification in intelligence work as the basis to build the system identification process framework in the field of intelligence, and explores the realization of system identification method from multiple intelligence analysis angles. [ Result/conclusion ] System i- dentification can give full play to the advantages such as the wisdom of human brain, the intelligence of machine and the integration of system, which helps produce intelligence scientifically and rapidly. Studying on system identification method can promote the transformation and upgrading of S&T intelligence production mode, improve the depth and the modernization level of intelligence a- nalysis, and ultimately provide government and enterprises with forward-looking, timely and professional intelligence services.
