隐私关注对智能手机用户信息安全行为意向的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Privacy Concern on Smartphone Users' Behavior Intention in Information Security

[目的/意义]探索隐私关注对智能手机用户信息安全行为意向的影响。[方法/过程]以隐私关注理论为基础,引入信任、隐私风险感知和以往经验三个关键影响因素,构建了隐私关注对智能手机用户信息安全行为意向的影响模型。通过问卷收集有效样本并采用结构方程模型验证。[结果/结论]智能手机用户的隐私关注程度对其信息安全行为意向具有显著的正向影响;感知风险、信任和以往经验是影响智能手机用户隐私关注度的三个重要因素;信任和以往经验对智能手机用户的信息安全行为意向具有显著的正向影响,但是感知风险对信息安全行为意向的影响不显著。

[ Purpose/significance] This paper aims at exploring the influence of privacy concern on smartphone users＇ behav- ior intention in information security. [ Method/process ] The paper puts forward a theoretical model of factors that influence smart- phone users＇ behavior intention in information security based on the theory of privacy concern. Samples are collected by question- naire and further analyzed by using SEM. ~ Result/conclusion] Firstly, the extent of privacy concern has significant positive effect on behavior intention in information security. Secondly, trust, perceived risk, and prior experience affect privacy concern signifi- cantly. Thirdly, trust and prior experience have positive effects on behavior intention in information security, but perceived risk does not affect user＇ behavior intention significantly.
