摘要
以1411名3-6年级流动儿童为被试,采用问卷调查法,考察了流动儿童学习投入的现状及其与学校氛围、学校幸福感之间的关系。结果发现:绝大多数流动儿童学习投入较高;学校氛围与流动的儿童学校幸福感、学习投入显著相关;流动儿童学校幸福感在学校氛围与学习投入之间发挥完全中介作用。
This study aims to explore the present situation of learning engagement, and its relationship with school climate and school well-being, by using questionnaires to test 1411 migrant children from Grade 3 to Grade 6. The results show the following:The migrant children reported a high level of learning engagement; the school climate, the school well-being were significantly correlated with their learning engagement; and the school well-being completely mediated between the school climate and their learning engagement.
