两岸关系的清晰与模糊--基于“两岸一家亲”隐喻的考察

Distinctness and Vagueness of Cross-Strait Relations: A Study Based on the Metaphor that “the Two Sides of the Taiwan Strait are One Family”

自民进党主政台湾以来,尽管两岸关系急转直下,但"两岸一家亲"仍然是拉近两岸关系、增进互信最为有力的表述。"一家亲"根隐喻下包含若干子隐喻,如母子、兄弟、夫妻、恋人、邻居等,它们在"有机体-契约"的连续谱系中展示了两岸关系亲疏的流变。事实上,隐喻存在适用边界。光谱上渐进变化的子隐喻并不能应用到所有层次,而是在微观、中观、宏观三个层次有明确区分。审慎地运用隐喻与敏感问题的模糊化之间始终存在张力。政治默契的达成在短期可以为各方创造调适的空间,而两岸共赢的实现则有赖于持久的交流互信以及两岸人民的政治智慧。

Since the Democratic Progressive Party（ DPP） came to power on May 20,2016,cross-strait relations have sharply worsened. However,the metaphor that two sides of Taiwan Strait is one family is still the most powerful statement for improving cross-strait relations and promoting mutual trust. This paper specifies a number of sub-metaphors,including mother and child,brothers,couples,lovers,neighbors and so on,which demonstrate the evolution of metaphors about cross-Strait relations in the continuum pedigree of ＂organism-contract＂. In fact,these metaphors cannot be applied to all levels,which belong to the micro-level,the meso-level,and the macro-level,respectively. Some tension always exists between the deliberative use of metaphor and the vague processing of sensitive issues. While the achievement of politically tacit understanding can create room for accommodation in the short term,the cross-strait win-win fruit eventually depends on continuous exchanges,increasing mutual trust,and the political wisdom of people on both sides.
