摘要
目的观察培哚普利与坎地沙坦联合治疗对慢性心力衰竭(Chronicheartfailure,CHF)患者氧化应激损伤及心功能的影响。方法选择2015年11月至2016年10月于本院治疗的CHF患者92例作为研究对象,运用随机数表法将其分为两组,各46例。对照组采取培哚普利治疗,观察组则在对照组用药基础上加以坎地沙坦治疗。观察两组治疗前后氧化指标与心功能。结果治疗前两组丙二醛(Malondialdehyae.MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SuperoxideDismutase,SOD)含量对比,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗后观察组MDA、SOD检测结果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗前两组左心室射血分数(LeftVentricularEjectionFraction,LVEF)、左心室舒张末内径(Leftventricularenddiastolicdiameter,LVDd)以及左心室收缩末内径(1eftventricularend—systolicdiameter,LVDs)检测结果对比,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗后观察组LVEF、LVDd、LVDs检测结果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论培哚普利与坎地沙坦联合治疗CHF效果显著,利于改善患者心功能,降低氧化应激损伤,临床普及价值高。
Objective To observe the effect of perindopril and candesartan combined treatment on oxidative stress injury and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods 92 patients with CHF treated in our hospital from November 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the research object, and were divided into two groups with the random number table method, 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with perindopril, and the observation group was treated with candesartan on the basis of the control group. The indexes of oxidation and cardiac function were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) between the two groups before treatment (P〉0.05); after treatment, the levels of MDA and SOD in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P〈0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVDd), left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVDs) between the two groups before treatment (P〉0.05); after treatment, the levels of LVEE LVDd, LVDs in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P〈0.05). Conclusion Perindopril combined with candesartan is effective in the treatment of CHF, which is beneficial to improve cardiac function and reduce oxidative stress injury, of high value in clinical practice.
