TMS联合鼠神经生长因子穴位注射对缺血性脑卒中康复期患者MMSE评分及生活质量的影响

Effect of TMS combined with acupoint injection of nerve growth factor on MMSE score and quality of life in patients with ischemic stroke at convalescence

目的观察经颅磁刺激（TMS）联合鼠神经生长因子穴位注射对缺血性脑卒中（cI）康复期患者简易精神状态（MMSE）评分及生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年2月至2017年1月本院cI康复期患者74例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各37例。对照组予以TMS治疗，观察组在对照组基础上予以鼠神经生长因子穴位注射治疗。采用MMSE评分评估对比治疗前后两组精神状态，采用简明健康状况调查量表（SF-36）评估对比治疗前后两组生活质量。结果治疗后，观察组MMSE评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后，观察组精神状态、生理功能、社会功能、情感职能评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论TMS联合鼠神经生长因子穴位注射治疗CI康复期患者，可提高MMSE评分，改善患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation （TMS） combined with acupoint injection of mouse nerve growth factor on MMSE score and quality of life in patients with ischemic stroke at convalescence. Methods 74 patients with convalescent CI treated at our hospital from February, 2015 to January, 2017 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 37 cases for each group. The control group were treated with TMS; in addition, the observation group were treated with acupoint injection of mouse nerve growth factor. MMSE scores were used to evaluate the mental status of the two groups before and after the treatment. The quality of life of the two groups before and after the treatment was evaluated by brief health survey scale （SF-36）. Results After the treatment, the MMSE score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . After the treatment, the scores of mental status, physiological function, social function, and emotional function were higher in the observation group than in the control group（ all P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion TMS combined with acupoint injection of mouse nerve growth factor for patients with ischemic stroke at CI rehabilitation period can improve the MMSE score and quality of life.
