摘要
用水泥基灌浆料加大钢筋混凝土柱截面,提高承载能力,是混凝土结构常用加固方法。为了研究钢筋混凝土柱用水泥基灌浆料加固后新旧混凝土协同作用的性能,以待加固柱表面不做处理、待加固柱表面凿毛处理和待加固柱表面粘贴钢丝网三种结合面处理方式分别制作3根试件,对试件进行试验研究,观察试件的破坏特征,研究了柱内钢筋和水泥基灌浆料的应变以及压力-压缩量的关系,得出一种受力性能良好、经济可靠,可用于实际工程加固的结合面处理方式。
It's the common method of reinforcing the concrete structure that uses the cement-based grouting material to enlarge the section of steel bar concrete columns and improves its carrying ability. In order to study the synergistic function of new and old concrete after reinforced by cement based grouting mater[a[, three ,~eil management meanings was used to make three test specimens. Then make the test to study these test-specimen and their destructive feature. The main relationship between the steel bar of column and cement-based grouting material, pressure andcompression were obtained. Then a veil management method which has a good mechanical behavior was got, which was economic and reliable, and can be used into the practical project reinforcement.
