本文以气象科技术语为例,从目的论的视角探讨了科技文献术语的翻译,分析了气象科技术语的一些基本、显著的特征,并就包含气象科技术语的句子进行了翻译方法的探讨。

This paper, using the meteorological science and technology terminology as an example, discusses the translation of terminologies in scientific literature from the perspective of Skopos Theorie. Following is an ex- amination of essential and prominent characteristics of meteorological science and technology terms as well as the translation methods of sci-tech English.
