Acupuncture and moxibustion terminologies have their unique lexical features. A good grasp of them is the first requirement for a quality translation and a necessary condition for the translation to be accepted by the target audiences. This paper aims to explore the lexical features and translation strategies of the acupuncture and moxibustion terms.
