手术结合预真空采血管低负压治疗耳廓假性囊肿的疗效观察

Surgery combined with pre-vacuum blood collection tube low negative pressure for the treatment of pseudocysts of the auricle

目的对比分析手术结合预真空采血管低负压治疗耳廓假性囊肿的安全性及优缺点。方法对本院2016年2月至2017年1月对49例耳廓假性囊肿患者随机分组，治疗组29例采用手术结合预真空采血管低负压治疗，对照组20例采用普通手术法治疗，以SPSS17．0统计学软件对数据进行分析。结果治疗组治愈27例（93．1％），有效率100％；对照组治愈18例（90．0％），有效率100％，两组治愈率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗组伤口愈合时间较对照组短[（7．22±0．50）d比（8．05±0．70）d，P〈0．01]。结论手术结合预真空采血管低负压治疗耳廓假性囊肿安全有效，且具有简便易行术后恢复快、疗效可靠等优点。

Objective To explore the effect of surgery combined with pre-vacuum blood collection tube low negative pressure in the treatment of pseudocysts of the auricle. Methods 49 cases of pseudocysts of the auricle in our hospital from February 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into treatment group （n=29） and control group （n=20）. The treatment group was treated with surgery combined with pre-vacuum blood collection tube low negative pressure, while the control group was treated with surgery. At the end of the treatment, the curative effect and curative time of the 2 groups were evaluated by SPSS17.0 statistical software. Results After treatment, 27 cases in the treatment group were cured, with the total effective rate of 100%; 18 cases in the control group were cured, with the total effective rate of 100%; there was no statistically significant difference in the cure rate between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The healing time of the wound in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group [（7.22±0.50）d vs.（8.05±0.70）d, P〈0.01]. Conclusion It is feasible to treat pseudocysts of the auricle with surgery combined with pre-vacuum blood collection tube low negative pressure. This method is simple to operate and reliable, with fast recover.
