化痰祛瘀法对心绞痛的治疗作用分析

Analysis the effect of Huatan Quyu prescription in the treatment of angina pectoris

目的探讨化痰祛瘀法治疗心绞痛的疗效。方法将78例心绞痛患者随机分为两组，各39例。对照组口服单硝酸异山梨酯，观察组应用化痰祛瘀方，临床疗效比较。结果观察组患者的心绞痛改善总有效率、心电图改善总有效率均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗后的Tc、TG、LDL—C水平均显著低于对照组，HDL—C水平显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论化痰祛瘀法治疗心绞痛能够有效改善心功能，调节血脂，临床疗效显著。

Objective To explore the effect of Huatan Quyu prescription in the treatment of angina pectoris. Methods 78 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups, 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral isosorbide mononitrate, while the observation group was treated with Huatan Quyu prescription. Compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of angina pectoris improvement and the total effective rate of electrocardiogram improvement in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The levels of TC, TG, and LDL-C in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the level of HDL-C was significantly higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Huatan Quyu prescription in the treatment of angina pectoris can improve cardiac function effectively, and regulate blood lipids, with significant clinical efficacy.
