膝关节屈曲挛缩畸形患者行全膝关节置换术的围术期护理

Perioperative nursing for patients with flexion contracture of the knee undergoing total knee arthroplasty

目的研究并分析接受全膝关节置换术的膝关节屈曲挛缩畸形患者使用围术期优质护理的效果。方法收集接受全膝关节置换术的膝关节屈曲挛缩畸形患者共84例，通过区组随机化分为对照组（42例）和观察组（42例），对照组接受常规围术期护理，观察组联合围术期优质护理，将两组KSS评分优良率进行观察和对比。结果相较于对照组，观察组的KSS评分优良率更高（78．95％比55．26％，P〈0．05）。结论在接受全膝关节置换术的膝关节屈曲挛缩畸形患者的护理过程中，围术期优质护理能够显著改善患者的膝关节功能，促进其早日康复，值得推广应用。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of perioperative high-quality nursing for patients with flexion contracture of the knee undergoing total knee arthroplasty. Methods A total of 84 patients with flexion contracture of the knee undergoing total knee arthroplasty were enrolled, and were randomly divided into control group （42 cases） and observation group （42 cases）. The control group received routine perioperative nursing, and the observation group received perioperative high-quality nursing on the basis. The excellent rate of KSS score of the two groups were observed and compared. Result Compared with the control group, the excellent rate of KSS score in the observation group was significantly higher （78.95% vs.55.26%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative high-quality nursing can significantly improve the knee function and promote the early rehabilitation of patients with flexion contracture of the knee undergoing total knee arthroplasty, worthy of popularization and application.
