整体护理在高龄反流性食管炎患者中的应用分析

The application effect of holistic nursing in elderly patients with reflux esophagitis

目的对整体护理在高龄反流性食管炎患者的应用效果及对治疗依从性的影响进行研究。方法从本院收治的高龄反流性食管炎患者中选出80例作为本次研究对象，时间为2015年12月至2016年12月，并将其分为两组，即对照组与观察组，每组40例。给予对照组患者常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上给予饮食、生活、心理等整体护理，比较两组患者的治疗依从性、不良反应发生率、护理满意度及生活质量。结果进行整体的护理干预后，观察组的总依从率（90．00％）、护理满意度（92．50％）、生活质量评分[（62．10±7．34）]均高于对照组[70．00％、75．00％、（53．21±6．32）]，观察组的不良反应发生率（7．50％）低于对照组（25．00％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对高龄反流性食管炎患者采用整体护理的方式进行干预，其效果显著，有助于提高治疗的依从性，减少不良反应的发生，值得临床进一步推广与应用。

Objective To study the effect of holistic nursing on elderly patients with reflux esophagitis and its influence on treatment compliance. Methods 80 elderly patients with reflux esophagitis treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the study object, and were divided into two groups, namely the control group and the observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, and the observation group was given holistic nursing including diet, life, and mental nursing based on conventional nursing. The treatment compliance, the incidence of adverse reactions, nursing satisfaction, and life quality of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing intervention, the total compliance rate in the observation group （90%）, the nursing satisfaction （92.50%）, the score of quality of life [（62.10±7.34）] were higher than those in the control group [70%, 75%, （53.21±6.32）]; the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group （7.50%） was lower than that of the control group （25%）; there were statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For elderly patients with reflux esophagitis, the use of holistic nursing intervention has significant effect, can help to improve the compliance of treatment, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and is worthy of further promotion and application.
