摘要 采用气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测法建立了香水样品中痕量甲醇的分析方法。样品直接进样,通过选择不同色谱柱,调节柱箱升温程序,避免了香水样品中甲醇测定的假阳性现象。该方法对甲醇的绝对检出限为5ng,在50~500mg/mL范围内呈现良好的线性关系。对5种香水样品进行分析及加标回收实验,高、中、低(4 000μg、2 750μg、400μg)3个浓度水平的回收率为98.8%~103%。该方法克服了国家标准方法中可能出现假阳性结果的局限性,具有分析快速、分离效果好、测定结果准确的特点,适合于香水类化妆品中痕量甲醇的分析。 A method based on gas chromatography-flame ionization detector(GC-FID) was proposed for the quantification of trace methanol in perfume samples. The sample was directly injected into GC for subsequent analysis, and the false positive phenomenon was avoided by choosing appropriate separation column and optimizing heating program. The absolute detection limit of the proposed method was 5 ng for methanol,and a good linear relationship was obtained in the concentration range of 50-500 mg/mL. The proposed method was applied for the analysis of trace methanol in five perfume samples, and the recoveries of 98. 8%. 103% were obtained for three spiking level(400 μg, 2 750 μg, 4 000 μg). The method avoids the false positive results which commonly occurs in conventional methods to a great extent, and it is sensitive,accurate and fast, with a good application potential in the analysis of methanol in aromatic cosmetics(perfume).
