摘要 建立了毛细管电泳同时测定亮蓝、苋菜红和日落黄3种色素的分析方法。在有效长度41cm、内径50μm的石英毛细管中,以15mmol/L H3BO3-Na2B4O7(pH=10.0)为缓冲溶液,添加剂羟丙基-β-环糊精浓度为30mmol/L,当分离电压为17kV时,3种目标色素在6min内完全分离。在该条件下,分析物的峰面积与其浓度在10~300mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,回收率范围为97.7%~104.5%,相对标准偏差小于1.69%。实验表明,该方法应用于饮料中亮蓝、日落黄和苋菜红的分离检测时,简单快速且结果可靠。 A new capillary electrophoretic method for simultaneously determining colorants including brilliant blue,amaranth and sunset yellow was developed. In a capillary with an effective length of 41 cm and an inner diameter of 50 mm, H3 BOa-Na2 B4 Of (pH = 10.0) of 15 mmol/L as a buffer solution, hydroxypropyl-/9-cyclodextrin of 30 mmol/L as an additive solution, when a voltage of 17 kV was supplied,the three colorants were successively separated within 6 rain. It was found that the peak area was linearly proportional to the concentration within the range of 10-300 mg/L,the recovery was in the range of 97.7%-104. 5%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 1. 69%. This method is a desirable approach for the determination of colorants in beverages with good reproducibility, simple procedure, fast operation and strong confidence.
