应用两代智能模拟人在战伤火线救治教学中的对比研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的比较Sim Man智能模拟人和新型"猛士"模拟人在战伤火线救治教学中的教学效果。方法随机将我院2012级五年制临床实习生共40人分为试验组和对照组,分别使用"猛士"和Sim Man模拟人进行战伤救治教学,阶段性考察其理论水平和操作水平,并使用调查问卷评估满意度。结果两组在理论考核方面成绩无差异,但试验组在"个人单兵作战"和"团队协作救治"实践操作中具有更好的效果;同时学员评价使用"猛士"模拟人更接近实战,对参与战伤救治提供了更大的帮助。结论新型"猛士"模拟人能更好的模拟战场火线救治情景,对于培养和提高军校医学生的战救技能和综合战救素质具有重要意义。 Objective The teaching effect of war wound rescue between SimMan and new type "Warrior" simulators was compared. Methods A total of forty clinical interns of the hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, in which Warrior'and SimMan were utilized to teach war wound rescue, respectively. We investigated students'theoretical level and operational level in stages, as well as assessed the degree of satisfaction by means of questionnaires. Results The grades of beth two groups were undifferentiated, while the experimental group brought better results in fndividual combat'practice and feamwork rescue'practice. Meanwhile, the students evaluated that the Warrior'simulators were close to real combat and offered greater help to the participation of wound rescue. Conclusion New type Warrior'simulators are able to simulate a better scenario of wound rescue in the battlefield, which have a crucial significance to cultivate and enhance both rescue skills and comprehensive rescue quality of medical students in military school.
